crime update

Dear resident

Since the 26th May there have been the following crimes of note reported:

1 x residential burglary, Oldham road, Uppermill. Offenders have entered the property via an insecure kitchen door and items have been taken from within.

1 x theft of motor vehicle, Fern close , springhead. Offenders have entered a Nissan duke by unknown means and taken the vehicle without keys.

1 x theft from motor vehicle, Dixon street, lees. Offenders have entered the vehicle by unknown means conducted an untidy search but nothing of value had been left in the vehicle so nothing stolen.

1 x theft from motor vehicle, Lane head road. Offenders have entered the vehicle by unknown means conducted an untidy search and stolen items from within.

In addition to these a report of males trying car doors was reported on John booth street, springhead.
